Who is the typical Innoster client?
Innoster is not designed for a typical client in a specific market. The platform is designed to cater for any organisation in any industry. Whilst organisations with higher number of employees will find the platform to be of higher value. Smaller organisations also derive value from the platform’s rigorous evaluation methodologies and innovation portfolio and risk management features.
Who is an Innoster user?
A user is the employee of the client organisation. A user will gain access to the platform after the client organisation has successfully subscribed and deployed the platform within the organisation.
What is Innoster Lite?
Lite is the free trial version of Innoster, with full features and functionalities to enable you see the full capabilities of the platform. This is suitable for organisations who want to initially trial an Idea Management Platform. Since the Lite version is offered free, we may try to recoup some of our cost by allowing adverts on this version. We hope you understand.
How much training will my users need to get up to speed?
There is a reason why Innoster is described as “A simple, yet powerful platform”. The platform is highly intuitive, so much so that your users can start submitting ideas, proposing challenge solutions and contributing, without a single hour of training. Despite this, we offer an on boarding service as part of the paid subscription price.
Are my organisation’s data and ideas secure on Innoster?
With Innoster, your data will be in one of the most secure cloud infrastructure available on the market. We offer a multi-tenanted cloud system, which means only you can see the data within your space in the cloud. In addition to this, we encrypt your data to ensure highest level of security. We also host your platform on AWS, which offers industry leading security of data and features such as Identity-Aware Proxy and encryption at rest by default.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes you can cancel your plan at any time. We really hope you will not see any reason to do so.
